Saturday, October 19th, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM: Join us bright and early to witness the fascinating process of turning freshly harvested sugarcane into sweet syrup. From grinding the cane to boiling the juice in our 100-gallon cast iron pot, you’ll see firsthand how this traditional Southern staple is made. While you’re here, enjoy hayrides, explore our crop maze, and let the kids jump and play on the giant pad or meet the animals at our petting zoo. Browse a variety of vendors offering unique crafts and goods, and savor the delicious tastes of local fair.
